- Your ticket will be the receipt your receive by email after your purchase.
- No physical ticket will be mailed. Your name will be on a list at the houses.
- At checkout, please let us know the date you expect to tour. If you find you cannot come at this time, your tickets are still good for whenever you can use them, up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
- From time to time, 1 or both houses may be closed for a private event. Be sure to check the website ahead of time.
